R and I have spent the last two weeks out hiking, exploring and photographing whenever the weather permitted. ❄🌦
Along the way we’ve had some lovely food, including these delicious pizza’s from @glaslyn_beddgelert
🍕1: ‘Garn’ pesto, mozzarella, Courgette, Red onion & Spinach
🍕2: ‘ Aran’ Mozzarella, Snowdonia mushrooms, red onion & roasted peppers
These are part of their new menu and were absolutely delicious! With a crispy base and strong flavours. I love when places offer interesting pizza toppings, rather than the ‘usuals’. And anytime pesto is an option – Yes please! courgette as an option – Heck yes!

Honestly, if you’re planning a trip to North Wales at all then add Beddgelert to your list:

Plus I noticed ( unfortunately only after ordering) that they offer 🌱Vegan cheese 🌱 on their pizza’s as well as complimentary Basil & Garlic on request!! <3 ( next time I’ll take both please!)
What’s even better is that Glaslyn is also an ice-cream bar, so right after your pizza’s, you can pop around the corner for a delicious ice-cream. ( I had pistachio and Blackberry).
